Data processing information
A practical overview for teams evaluating how customer-support information moves through AppsResolve.
Roles
For customer ticket and knowledge content, the subscribing organization generally determines why the data is processed and ND SOFT processes it to provide AppsResolve. ND SOFT separately controls account, billing, security, marketing, and service-administration information.
Data categories and purposes
Processed data can include customer names and email addresses, ticket messages, attachments, product documentation, response rules, audit activity, account membership, billing identifiers, and technical logs. Processing supports intake, tenant routing, knowledge retrieval, AI-assisted analysis, human review, threaded email, billing, security, and troubleshooting.
Current subprocessors
Vercel provides application hosting, Supabase provides Postgres, authentication, and optional storage, Anthropic provides AI API processing, Postmark provides inbound and outbound email, and Stripe provides subscription billing. Provider roles or vendors may change as the service develops, and this page will be updated when material changes occur.
AI context
AppsResolve selects ticket, conversation, documentation, and response-instruction context relevant to a support task. That context may be sent to Anthropic to produce structured analysis or a draft. AI output returns to the tenant-scoped workflow and remains subject to human review.
Access and requests
Organization membership and database tenant controls restrict product access. Managed-service personnel receive access needed for the agreed support scope. Export, deletion, subprocessor, and data-processing questions can be sent to support@appsresolve.com. A separate data processing agreement can be discussed when required.
Put AI on the support queue without taking people out of the process
Use AppsResolve with your existing team, or discuss a managed support scope with ND SOFT.
