Privacy policy
Effective July 15, 2026. This policy explains how ND SOFT LLC handles information for AppsResolve.
Information we collect
We collect account and organization details, billing identifiers, support ticket contents, customer contact details submitted to a configured support channel, knowledge-base content, product settings, audit activity, and technical logs. Marketing forms collect the fields shown on the form. Marketing analytics records only allowlisted event names, page paths, plan identifiers, FAQ labels, and scroll depth, not form contents or email addresses.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, route tenant data, prepare AI-assisted support analysis, send reviewed replies, process billing, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and improve the product workflow.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides database and authentication services, Anthropic processes selected support context for AI-assisted analysis, Postmark handles support email, and Stripe handles payments. These providers receive information needed for their role under their own terms.
Retention
Account and support data is retained while needed to provide the service and maintain the requested ticket history. Automated retention controls are still being developed. Marketing lead records are retained for sales follow-up and operational history until they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@appsresolve.com. We verify identity and organization authority before acting on requests. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, legal, billing, or dispute purposes.
Security and international processing
AppsResolve uses HTTPS for production traffic and tenant-scoped database controls. Service providers may process data in locations described in their own service terms. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
