Invite reviewers to your workspace

Add the people who need to review support work while keeping access scoped to the organization.

Invite from the active workspace

Open Team, enter the reviewer's work email, and choose the available organization role. The invitation is tied to the active organization, not to every workspace in AppsResolve.

Verify access after acceptance

A user may belong to more than one organization, but each request resolves and verifies one active membership before loading organization data.

  1. Ask the reviewer to use the email address that received the invitation.
  2. Confirm they can open the intended organization.
  3. Confirm they cannot open another organization's routes or data.
  4. Remove or revoke access when the reviewer no longer needs it.

Managed support access

If managed support is enabled, authorized AppsResolve access is separate from customer team membership and is limited to the agreed service scope.
