Manage your plan and monthly ticket limit

Understand what counts toward the monthly limit and how upgrades or cancellations are handled.

What counts

The meter increases after a successful automatic AI-processing run for a new inbound customer message. Viewing, editing, manually replying, approving, escalating, or generating a bug report does not add another processed-ticket count.

What happens at the limit

New automatic AI processing pauses. Existing tickets, conversation history, and manual work remain available. AppsResolve does not automatically add an overage charge to the published self-service plans.

Change billing safely

Open Billing to start a plan upgrade or open the secure Stripe Customer Portal for available subscription controls. Plan access is resolved from the active organization on the server, so a browser request cannot supply another organization's billing customer identifier.
