What counts
The meter increases when the website agent successfully handles a customer conversation without a human. Multiple questions in the same continuous conversation still count as one resolution. Escalated conversations are not counted as AI resolutions. Viewing, editing, or sending a ticket reply does not add another resolution.
What happens at the limit
Free includes 20 AI resolutions for $0. Starter includes 75 for $19 per month, Growth includes 300 for $69, and Business includes 1,000 for $149. Annual billing is available. AI answering pauses at 100% of the monthly allowance, but the widget can still collect contact details and create tickets. Extra resolution packs are never purchased unless an owner enables auto-refill.
Included AI resolutions reset each billing month, including annual subscriptions, and do not roll over.
Change billing safely
An unsubscribed organization owner can choose one plan from Billing and complete secure Stripe Checkout. Existing subscribers open the Stripe Customer Portal for the account actions enabled in its configuration. AppsResolve never opens a second Checkout for a live subscription. Plan access is resolved from the active organization on the server, so a browser request cannot supply another organization's billing customer identifier.
