Know what connects today and what does not

Every connection below states what enters AppsResolve, what the product can do, how setup works, and where the current limitation begins.

Available now

Website support widget

Customer email, selected topic, message, and organization route enter AppsResolve. The widget searches published organization knowledge and creates a tenant-scoped ticket. Setup uses one isolated script. It is asynchronous support, not live chat.

Supabase authentication

Team identity and organization membership enter the application through Supabase Auth. AppsResolve uses the session to authorize workspace access. Setup is native to the product.

Stripe billing

Plan, subscription state, billing cycle, and payment events enter through Stripe Checkout and verified webhooks. AppsResolve activates plan entitlements after trusted webhook confirmation. Card data remains with Stripe.

AppsResolve knowledge base

Approved article titles, content, and categories are stored in the organization workspace. They can guide drafts and appear in the support widget. Current entry and editing are native and manual.

Forwarding or webhook based

Email intake through Postmark

Forwarded inbound email, sender, subject, body, and safe attachment metadata enter through a verified Postmark webhook. AppsResolve can prepare and send a reviewed reply through Postmark while preserving the ticket conversation. Setup is forwarding and webhook based.

Issue trackers

Direct Jira, Linear, and GitHub issue creation is not in the current release. Structured bug reports can be copied into an issue tracker today.

Team communication

Direct Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications are not in the current release.

Knowledge imports

Automated documentation-site, PDF, and help-center synchronization is not in the current release. Approved content is entered manually today.

Not currently supported

Deep help-desk synchronization

AppsResolve does not currently provide two-way native Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Front synchronization.

Live chat, SMS, and voice

The widget creates asynchronous support requests. It does not promise an immediate chatbot response, live-agent chat, SMS, or voice support.

Automatic customer replies

No integration bypasses human approval. AppsResolve does not automatically send AI-generated customer replies.
