Connect your support email

Forward an existing customer-facing support address into the private AppsResolve address for your organization.

Keep the address customers already use

Customers can continue writing to your normal support address. Your mail provider forwards a copy to the private organization address shown in AppsResolve.

Add the forwarding rule

Open Email support in the workspace and copy the complete address under Send a test email to. In your email provider, create a forwarding rule from the customer-facing support inbox to that exact destination.

  1. Copy the private inbound address from AppsResolve.
  2. Add it as a forwarding destination in your mail provider.
  3. Complete any confirmation step required by your provider.
  4. Send a new test message from an address you control.

Do not reuse another organization address

Every organization receives a different private inbound address. Copy it from the active workspace instead of typing it manually. The server validates the recipient and organization before creating a ticket.
