Check the installation in order
An origin is the scheme, host, and optional port. A path is not part of the origin. Add staging and production as separate entries.
- Confirm the AppsResolve script is present in the rendered page source.
- Confirm the organization identifier matches the active workspace.
- Confirm the page origin exactly matches an approved origin, including the scheme and port.
- Check whether mobile, desktop, include, exclude, or delay rules hide the launcher.
- Reload without browser extensions and review the console for a configuration error.
If the launcher appears but content does not
Verify that the organization is active and has at least one published customer-facing article. Contact intake can still work without articles, but the Help Center will show an empty state.
Share a safe diagnostic
Send AppsResolve the page origin, approximate time, organization name, and the visible error code. Do not send passwords, full session tokens, payment data, or private customer content.
