Know when the pilot starts
The pilot lasts 14 days and includes up to 50 successfully AI-processed tickets. It starts only after AppsResolve completes the first automatic analysis and draft workflow. Opening the workspace, exploring the fictional sample queue, connecting a channel, or adding knowledge does not start the clock.
Begin with representative requests
A workspace test is labeled as a test and does not send an external customer reply. When you test a live intake path, confirm the recipient and sender configuration before approving anything.
- Add the product guidance your team would normally trust for the test scenario.
- Use a requester address and support recipient that you control.
- Send a realistic question through email or the website widget.
- Inspect the summary, matched knowledge, citations, uncertainty, and draft.
- Edit or approve the response only after checking the customer context.
What happens at the pilot limit
The pilot has no continuity buffer and no automatic overage charge. When its time or successfully processed-ticket allowance ends, incoming requests and stored tickets remain available, but automatic AI processing pauses until the organization has an eligible subscription or another approved arrangement.
