Choose the source and export format
Choose the matching source in the import dialog so AppsResolve can apply useful tags and the safest default visibility.
- Upload TXT, Markdown, HTML, CSV, JSON, DOCX, PDF, or ZIP files.
- Export OneNote, Confluence, Google Docs, or SharePoint content as Word, PDF, HTML, or ZIP.
- Export Notion as Markdown and CSV or HTML.
- Export Jira issues as CSV or JSON.
- Use HTML, CSV, JSON, Markdown, or ZIP exports from common help centers.
Review the prepared batch
A single batch prepares up to 25 articles. Files are read in the browser, and AppsResolve stores extracted text only after you confirm the import.
- Choose files or one supported ZIP archive.
- Check warnings for empty, unsupported, malformed, encrypted, or oversized content.
- Review each extracted title, category, body, and source.
- Remove duplicates or content that should not enter the workspace.
- Import the prepared items as drafts.
Publish only after review
Imported articles do not become approved guidance automatically. Jira-derived material defaults to internal support visibility because issue exports can contain private customer data. Before publishing, confirm accuracy, remove sensitive content, assign the correct audience and product, add search terms, and set a review date.
