Reply from the AppsResolve ticket
Open the ticket, review the complete conversation, and send the approved response from its reply composer. AppsResolve uses the configured sender and a ticket-specific reply route so a customer response can return to the same tenant-scoped conversation.
What happens when the customer responds
Opening or manually reopening a ticket does not add usage. The meter changes only when a new inbound message completes automatic AI processing.
- The verified inbound route resolves the organization and ticket before storing the message.
- The new message is appended to the existing conversation rather than treated as approved knowledge.
- A successful automatic analysis and draft for the new inbound message counts as another processed request.
- A reviewer still checks and initiates the next reply.
When a response creates a new ticket
A changed recipient, removed reply routing, mail-provider rewrite, or entirely new message may prevent AppsResolve from resolving the earlier conversation. Compare the recipient and subject, then contact support with the approximate send time if a response repeatedly arrives as a separate ticket. Do not forward raw authentication headers or full mail-provider secrets.
